Teaching staff is headed by Head teacher Mr S Rayer, & Deputy Head Mrs K Bennett As well as meeting the educational and emotional needs of each and every pupil.

The School offers a wide range of successful  after school clubs, ranging from Rugby, Football, Netball, Rounders, Games, Computers, Choir, Cooking, Gardening Club and Art.

The School also has very successful teams such as, The Welsh Folk Dancing Team, the team is selected from pupils from Y3 to Y6. They take part in the annual Gwyl Plant Gwent at Abertillery every June,

A very successful breakfast club, which is run by a caring and happy team.

Pupils are also taught to respect themselves, each other, the Environment and community.
